Your license key is disabled, so the app returns to limited mode. Your notes stay on your computer and remain fully readable and exportable — a refund never deletes or locks your writing.
Please contact us before opening a chargeback — refunds are faster and drama-free. Chargeback purchases have their keys disabled automatically.
