📃 End User License Agreement (EULA)

Version 1.0 - July 2026. You must accept this agreement inside the app before activating a license.

1. What you get

Buying MyNotebook gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use MyNotebook on one activated Windows PC at a time. You may move your activation to another PC you own using "Deactivate this PC" (or with support's help).

2. What you may not do

3. Ownership

The software remains the property of its creator. You own your license to use it - not the software itself.

4. Your notes are yours

Everything you write in MyNotebook belongs entirely to you. The creator claims no rights over your notes, and the app never blocks you from reading or exporting them - even if your license is revoked.

5. Backups

You may keep personal backup copies of the software and your data. Backup copies may not be given to anyone else.

6. Violations

Breaking these terms may result in your license being revoked (your key disabled) without refund. Your notes remain readable and exportable regardless.

7. Warranty & liability

The software is provided "as is". Liability is limited to the amount you paid. Keep your own backups of important writing.
